Green Mentors trains experienced coaches, mentors and consultants to work with mid-market executives on circularity. This page is for practitioners; executives have their own track.
The work is arriving. Almost nobody is qualified to take it.
Every mid-sized company in Europe is being asked circularity questions by a customer, a lender or a regulator. They need someone who can hold that conversation at board level. Four weeks, β¬597, and you can be that person.

The opportunity
An unevenly served market, and you already hold most of what it needs.
The sustainability advisory market is split between large consultancies who sell reports at enterprise prices, and technical specialists who know the standards but cannot sit with a CEO. Mid-sized companies fall between them, and that is where the volume is.
What that middle needs is not more technical knowledge. It is someone who can hold a difficult conversation with a leadership team, read what is unspoken, and keep a change process moving after the enthusiasm fades. That is your existing craft.
What you are missing is the domain: the standards, the circular frameworks, and the confidence to say something useful when the CFO pushes back. That is four weeks of work, not a career change.
You already have
Contracting, listening, challenge, supervision, the ability to work with a board that disagrees with itself. Years of tacit knowledge that cannot be taught quickly.
You are missing
The ISO stack for circularity, the hotspot analysis, the 7Domains model, and a defensible answer to "why should we listen to you on this?"
The gap is four weeks
Not a diploma, not two years of study. The domain, taught to people who already know how to hold the room.
The arithmetic
One engagement pays for it. Everything after that is position.
We are not going to quote you a day rate β you know yours better than we do. But run your own numbers against this, because the case is not close.
The cost
β¬597, once
Four weeks, three hours a week. No travel, no time out of practice.
The return
A second reason to be hired
Added to an existing practice, sold to clients you already have, in conversations you are already in.
The position
Early, in a market that is still forming
The people who can do this work are not yet numerous. In three years they will be.
The course
The Mentoring Masterclass
Four modules over four weeks, facilitated rather than lectured, with an AI learning agent holding the thread between sessions.
The content is identical to the executive course. That is the point.
You are being trained to assist exactly those executives β so you need the same frameworks, the same standards and the same language they are working in. What differs is the reflective hour, which turns on your practice instead of your company.
01
Purpose that holds
How to bring a leadership team to a purpose that is true β and to notice when the one they have is decoration.
02
Strategic ESG
Where sustainability is a market position and where it is risk cover, argued in the terms a CFO will accept.
03
Circular hotspots
Reading a client's value chain for where circularity pays back first. U-Lab and world cafΓ© for the emerging future and tacit knowledge.
04
Systems and the charter
ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 59004:2024, 59010:2024, PAS 53002:2024 and IWA 48:2024 β and how to narrow them to one client's sector, size and value chain.
The reflective hour
The hour that makes it a masterclass
Executives spend the third hour on their own company. You spend it on your own practice, supervised β and the questions are harder, because they are about you.
This is where the craft actually transfers. Not the frameworks, which you could read; the judgement about when to use them and when to stay quiet.
How would you open this conversation with a client?
Where does your method stop?
What would you charge for this?
What do you do when the board says no?
What comes after
The course is the platform, not the destination
Certification is voluntary and takeable at any time after the course. Most people do it once they have a client engagement to write about.
Rung 01
The Masterclass
Four weeks. The domain, the standards, and the supervised reflective hour. β¬597.
Rung 02
Sustainability Project Coach
Requirements synchronised with EMCC Global Senior Practitioner, evidenced by a Methods Paper on your own work. A one-to-one enrolment conversation comes first β including an honest "not yet".
Rung 03
The mastermind
The community that follows certification, and year one is included in it. Peer supervision on live client work, because nobody does this alone successfully.
Certified mentors are listed in the Global Services Directory, where companies and our own network look when they need someone.
Who it is for
Entry
β Ideally EMCC Global senior or master practitioner, or ICF PCC and above.
β Open to a combined coaching and mentoring approach.
β Working with, or ready to work with, senior people in mid-sized businesses.
β Management consultants and business mentors with equivalent experience are welcome.
Not accredited yet?
Bridge 2.0 Intensive is the route in. It brings experienced practitioners without a formal accreditation up to the standard the Masterclass assumes, and it is the honest answer if the enrolment conversation ends in "not yet".
A "not yet" is not a rejection. It is a sequence.
"A visionary that can fathom complexity and make that complexity understandable."
P.L., master practitioner executive coach, former VP Research
"Outstanding to help maximize value creation within management teams."
J.D., ex Senior Executive VP of a global airline; chairman of several corporate boards, Denmark

Before you decide
Questions
Why is this cheaper than the executive course?
Because you are buying capability and they are buying a project. Same content, same four weeks; different value on the other side of it. We would rather have practitioners in the room than price them out of it.
Do I need a sustainability background?
No. You need a coaching or mentoring background at senior level. The domain is what we teach; the craft is what you bring, and it is the part that cannot be taught in four weeks.
Is the certification recognised?
Its requirements are synchronised with EMCC Global Senior Practitioner, and it is evidenced by a Methods Paper on your own work rather than an exam. It is our credential, held to that external bar.
Can I take the executive course instead?
You can, and some consultants do β both courses can lead to certification. The difference is the third hour: theirs is about their company, yours is about your practice.
What does the enrolment conversation involve?
You book a call, then complete a short form. We read it before we speak, so the call starts somewhere useful β and you get an honest answer, including "not yet a fit", before anyone takes your money.
What happens after certification?
The mastermind, with year one included, and a listing in the Global Services Directory. The community is the part that makes the practice stick.
