The circular economy is emerging. It is not an extrapolation.

Green Mentors teaches mid-market leaders and the practitioners who advise them to read what is emerging and act on it β€” in four weeks, working on a real business, ending in a project somebody can approve.

Led by Dr Paul O. Olson: forty years in global business, an ISO/TC 323 expert seat on the committee writing the circular-economy standards, and GO-TKM's Global Executive Vice-President.

4 weeks

From first session to a real project

The argument

Reporting is the easy part.

Measurement never stopped pollution. Standards represent the how β€” our collective tacit knowledge β€” and they are necessary. But a standard tells you the road; it does not drive it.

Most planning treats the future as this year minus a percentage. Circularity does not work that way. It is a different shape of business, forming now, and the companies that find its shape early choose their position in it.

So the work is acceleration: the right projects started, in the right order, by people with the authority to decide β€” and by the practitioners who can sit beside them while they do it.

Not a consultancy

We do not do it for you. You do the work on your own business, facilitated, with people who have done it before in the room.

Not a lecture series

Principles-based and facilitated. One hour of input and provocations, one hour of guided peer discussion, one optional hour for what did not fit.

Not a certificate of attendance

Executives leave with a project charter. Practitioners leave with a capability, and a route to a credential evidenced by their own work.

Two tracks

Which side of the table are you on?

Same four weeks, same frameworks, same standards. What differs is the third hour β€” and what you are holding at the end of it.

For executives Β· €1,297

You run the company

CEOs, CXOs and senior directors of mid-sized businesses. You leave with your three circular hotspots named, the standards that actually apply to you, and a one-page project charter your board can approve.

β€” ESG argued as position and risk, not compliance

β€” A year in the GO-TKM TKM Boardroom included

β€” In-house delivery on request

For practitioners Β· €597

You advise the company

Experienced coaches, mentors and consultants. You already know how to hold the room; this gives you the domain β€” and a supervised hour on your own practice that no reading can replace.

β€” A second reason clients hire you

β€” Route to Sustainability Project Coach certification

β€” The mastermind community after it

Both courses can lead to certification β€” a number of executive students are consultants or managers who already carry a coaching toolbox.

Start in 90 minutes

Two live events, €47 each

Worked, not presented. The cheapest way to find out whether this method is for you.

For executives

The Board-Ready Hour

One live 90-minute working session. Bring your value chain as you understand it today; leave with your three circular hotspots named and ranked.

For practitioners

The Green Conversation

How to hold a sustainability conversation at board level, and be useful in it. Your €47 comes off the Masterclass if you enrol within 30 days.

How the work runs

Three hours a week, one of them optional

Before

Homework

Planning against the core model, so you arrive with your own material in hand.

Hour 1

Input & provocations

Principles, frameworks and cases β€” the slides are the anchor for both versions of the course.

Hour 2

Facilitated discussion

Group format, tapping our collective tacit knowledge: what must be true for circularity projects to succeed.

Hour 3

Stay behind

Optional. For the questions we didn't have time for, or where you need a 1:1 discussion.

An AI learning agent carries the thread between sessions, so nobody starts cold each week. Cohorts are capped at 25–30, in English, Norwegian or German β€” Oslo, Stockholm, Cologne, Brussels or London, or in-house on request.

"Probably the fastest turnaround we've ever seen."

Chairman of the board, health-insurance joint venture β€” where Paul was lead coach on the LEAN project and executive coach to the CEO

"Outstanding to help maximize value creation within management teams."

J.D., ex Senior Executive VP of a global airline; chairman of several corporate boards, Denmark

"A visionary that can fathom complexity and make that complexity understandable."

P.L., master practitioner executive coach, former VP Research
